The area of 23ha is Certified Organic AQ610042 and has been fully developed with fencing and irrigation to grow organic vegetables. The land is part of our organic grazing property 1680ha. Vegetables have been grown for the last 7 years and currently planted to Green crop
Infrastructure
Submains throughout paddocks for drip irrigation, access to 80Ml dam, 70hp irrigation pump, all equipment required to grow and manage variety of crops. Shed for 60 bin cold room and grading equipment to Freshcare standard. Rain water tanks.

Organic Vegetable enterprise has always covered costs , paid for infrastructure, and wages for those who have worked in enterprise over the season. Has the potential to make substantial profit with good management and crop selection.
Capital Requirements
To commence a growing season requires access to $50,000 to $100,000 depending on type of crops grown and area to be planted. Vendor may consider assisting with initial capital for growing season. This can be reduced by grown short harvest crops and growing own seedlings

Sold directly to manufactures. Wholesale companies selling to supper markets. Wholesale city markets and farmer markets.
