business, but it can just be the land or can just be the business or a
combination. We don’t care - we just want you to know what you want, and we
want to encourage you to get it.
We don’t even mind if you don’t want ownership - you need
to be self-aware enough on what you want out of life and whether you can handle
having all the problems on your shoulder, or you’d rather work for someone who
has those problems.
