What have you been doing to get farm ready?

I have started my own small business to grow, diversify and expand it into a financially robust form of collateral. Which we will use to attain a farm through various means.

Why are you passionate about farming?

I have been passionate about farming since I was a child. I would also love the opportunity to have a wholesome future for my children . But I have always felt as though farm ownership was beyond my reach.

Best days of being a farmer:

My dream farm is either a dry land broadacre cropping farm or an irrigated cropping/cotton farm in the Western Downs/Maranoa region. The crops that would be farmed would include: Cotton, Wheat, Barley, Chick peas, Corn etc. It's hard to say what I would do on my best days, I have always enjoyed tractor work and seeing the tangible proof of all the hard work coming to fruition. I have also enjoyed the challenges that present themselves, and finding solutions to best meet them.
