What have you been doing to get farm ready?

Working on farms on my days off for myself when I'm not rostered on at the mines, learning and listening whenever I can to the people that have done it before me.

Why are you passionate about farming?

Because it's all I've ever wanted to do. It's in my blood. Working with livestock is always a different day everyday and the new challenges that appear on a daily basis.

Best days of being a farmer:

Would prefer the farm was in northwest NSW, between Narrabri and Barraba areas. Predominantly meat sheep and beef cattle, with winter crops for feed. Best days would be any that involves starting early and mustering with horses and border collies, processing and just general management of livestock for the whole day.
